The ryokan was well located, just a short walk from the station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and cozy with comfortable futons and tatami mats. the onsen had a nice outdoor pool, and the atmosphere was like being at home. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of Japanese dishes. Coffee, tea, and other refreshments were available 24/7 in the public living room.

Clean, cozy room. Nice onsen. Friendly staff. Free drinks and games in lobby. Well located near station. Neat and clean. Wonderful breakfast. Great shower and onsen facilities.

The Japanese experience was amazing with traditional tatami mats and futons. the onsen was a highlight, although it is only open in the evening and early mornings. the Japanese style breakfast was delicious. the location was close to the station and convenient for exploring the area.
The shared bathroom and restroom may not be for everyone. the distance from the station may be a bit far for those with lots of luggage.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the relaxing onsen, which offered a great opportunity to unwind. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the free drinks and games in the lobby added a nice touch.
We were expecting a traditional Japanese breakfast, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations. the location was a bit of a challenge as it was a bit far from the station and we had to carry our luggage in the rain.

We had a fantastic stay at a ryokan in this city. Best aspects were the cleanliness and wonderful breakfast. The staff was super friendly and the onsen facilities were great. We enjoyed the free drinks and games in the lobby. Transportation was convenient as it was located just a short walk from the station.
